PAYMENT METHOD
BANK TRANSFER
Once you make the registration in your personal area, you will receive an email with the bank account details. It is important to send us an email with the receipt of the transfer to secretary@spont2021.com, in the concept you will have to indicate the Congress Name + your name. Once we check the amount in the bank account, your registration will appear as paid in your personal area.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be electronically mailed to the Technical Secretary secretary@spont2021.com
The cancellations received before 15th April 2022 will have a penalty of 15% for administration fees, after this date the penalty will be 100% of the expenses.
ACCOMMODATION: CANCELLATION POLICY
- Until April, 15th 2022 any penalty will be applied.
- From April, 16th 2022 until February 24th will have a penalty of 50% of the amount.
- From May, 15th 2022 100% of penalty will be applied.
