NEW Abstract submission deadline: April 15th, 2022

Although abstract submission is not required to attend SPONT2022, all attendees are encouraged to submit abstracts. Once the deadline has passed, the organizing committee will select abstracts for oral presentations. Some abstracts will be selected for a short talk. Abstracts submitted after the deadline will only be considered as poster presentation format.

Abstract submission will be carried out using the electronic platform. Note that logging within the electronic platform is required prior to abstract submission. You will need to enter your personal info and create a password to access the portal. Password must be between 6 and 8 digits long. Once you have logged in you will find the abstract submission instructions on the "Send Abstracts" Menu.

Abstracts are limited to 400 words.

The official language of the conference is English.

The Scientific Committee will determinate the final format of presentations, contacting authors when their presentations are accepted

Posters:

• Size: The posters will have maximum dimensions of 120 cm high (47in) by 90 cm (35in) wide.
• Orientation: Vertical

Short-talk or Poster formats:

• The Scientific Committee will make decisions about those abstracts selected for oral presentations and notify the presenting author

Invited Speakers:

• This option is only for those who have been invited to speak at the conference
